Registering a UK Limited company using a sensitive word in the company name comes with extra requirements and potential approval from a government body or regulator before this will be accepted.

Sensitive words or expressions are terms in company names that may:
Imply official status, government approval, or a regulated activity
Mislead the public or imply qualifications you don’t hold
Require consent from a relevant authority
Examples of sensitive words
Some common sensitive words include:

What should I do if i want to use a sensitive word ?
Check that the word is classed as sensitive - Use the Companies House Index of Sensitive Words
Get consent by the relevant body
Depending on the word, you may need written permission from a regulator or government department.
Examples:
"Dental" requires permission from the General Dental Council (GDC).
"Bank" requires permission from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) & Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA)
"Charity" requires permission from the Charity Commission
Prepare supporting documents
These may include:
A letter of consent from the relevant body
A statement of business activity explaining why the word is needed
Proof of qualifications, registrations, or professional memberships
GDC/NMC registration numbers (for medical/dental terms)
Register your company and supply this evidence
